A short application
Five minutes. Basics, availability, right-to-work. No CV required. We review every Monday.
A twenty-minute call
With a member of the ops team. A chance to ask questions and tell us more about yourself.
A training shadow
One real turnover alongside a senior cleaner. Unpaid, but short (usually under two hours). This is how we maintain consistent quality across every property.
First week on the hive
Offer within 48 hours of the shadow. You'll arrange your own DBS check (usually £18–£23 online). Kit provided. First jobs the following Monday.
